Seriously, you would think someone who was supposedly a real-estate lawyer in Florida would be somewhat of a wordsmith...I mean, who writes and speaks BULLSH*T better than a lawyer...tell me they don't have that reputation? On reflection, Mr. Gene Conti could write professional looking legal documents, unfortunately for me, they often weren't worth the paper they were written on. Anyway, for someone who usually has a lot to say and considers himself somewhat of an intellect, I find it ironic and a little funny he's scared to engage with me.
